I currently live in California's central coast (about midway between LA and San Francisco), but my parents live in the central valley (between Fresno and Bakersfield). This means that to see my parents, I have to drive about 170 miles back and forth. The drive itself is pretty long and boring, but it's always worth it to go back home. I was lucky enough to get back to my hometown of Porterville last weekend for Thanksgiving. The food was great, but the traffic was terrible. I just had to go back on the busiest travel day of the year. I also continued to have a few smog pump problems. The pump seems to be frozen, but worse than that, the diverter valve is toast, and impossible to get a replacement for. I have a friend over here that might be able to whip up something, but we'll all see how that works out. I did, however, fix my washer fluid sprayer problems (really impressive, huh?). A little simple plumbing, and were good to go. I've had these smog pump problems before, about two years ago, but it seems worse now, somehow. Maybe I'm just getting tired of fixing that same thing. Either way, It's just an old car thing. Next stop, carburetor! This one's the original, and it's getting tired. I'll get to it soon enough. Audios amigos!
